The Kyrgyz Space Program is driven by several important goals that guide our work:

Promoting education and inspiring
role models in STEM

The Kyrgyz Space Program is committed to inspiring the next generation of women in STEM. The program offers a variety of educational opportunities for girls, including engineering courses, satellite-building boot camps, and STEM-related workshops. The program also raises awareness about the importance of STEM education through campaigns and events.

Over the years, we have successfully graduated more than 100 girls and women from our basic engineering courses, providing them with valuable knowledge and skills. For this purpose, we have conducted over 20 courses and workshops across the country, reaching aspiring young minds with our educational initiatives.

If you’ve ever been captivated by the wonders of space and have a keen interest in exploring the unknown, then our online course on nanosatellites is just what you need. Our team has dedicated countless hours to gathering and mastering this information, driven by a mission to make space knowledge more accessible to all.

Throughout this program, we will delve into the fascinating world of CubeSats, which are compact and highly versatile satellites. You will learn the fundamentals of satellite missions, including the various components, functions, and applications of CubeSats. Whether you’re a student, an aspiring engineer, or simply curious about space technology, this course will provide you with a solid foundation to understand the essentials of satellite missions. Get ready to embark on an educational journey that will expand your knowledge and inspire your imagination. Let’s explore the vast possibilities of CubeSats together!

Reviving the aerospace industry
in the Kyrgyz Republic

Our program aims to establish a space program and make history by launching the first satellite of the Kyrgyz Republic. By doing so, we seek to revive and strengthen the aerospace industry in our country, fostering technological advancement, and contributing to the scientific and economic growth of Kyrgyzstan.

The chosen satellite for the project is a CubeSat, one of the smallest types of cube-shaped satellites. With dimensions of 10 x 10 x 11 centimeters, it is compact, affordable, and designed for simple functions such as taking pictures or transmitting data from various sensors. CubeSats offer practicality and educational value, making them an ideal tool for learning.
